1 - Document the Issue: Take two photos of the skin before applying it to the device, and record a short video (less than one minute) explaining the issue.
2 - Send Photos and Video: Email the photos and video to help@fonbee.in.
3 - Replacement Process: Our team will review your case within 24–48 hours and arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you within 7 working days.
